The adjustable articulated arms allow you to perform two exercises: chest openers and posterior deltoids. They have a double handle to promote diversity of exercises. Weight plates are 80kg as standard, with 5kg plates. It is also possible to opt for an optional ultra-quiet 90/100 kg movement.
