The Solid Rock SR03-O weight machine is designed for professional use. It is ideal for strength-focused workouts. It is part of the Solid Rock product line, specialized in bodybuilding.

The machine structure is made of 110 x 52 mm steel tubes with a thickness of 3 mm. It is welded according to the standards of UNE 10219 regulation, quality S-275-J0H. The structure is enriched and optimized to maintain a constant section during the bending process, thus avoiding sensitive areas and reducing the breakage rate. The cold bending process, thanks to a system of 4 rollers, avoids any deformation and preserves the physical characteristics of the whole. Structural points and junction plates are welded on a closed periphery.

The machine is designed for outdoor use. Its paint is composed of 5 layers, with a thickness of 200 microns. The steel is pickled and stabilized by immersion in different degreasing solutions to guarantee perfect and complete cleaning of the base material. A coat of zinc phosphate is applied as an anti-rust primer, ensuring adequate insulation against internal oxidation and good paint adhesion. Three final coats of epoxy polyester powder paint are applied, specially designed for exteriors and dried at 240°C. A surface layer of protective polyester varnish is also applied.

The machine assembly process is carried out with a 13 mm plate system, avoiding play and twists in areas of high demand. An ergonomic and biomechanical study was carried out to optimize each exercise.

The dimensions of the assembled machine are 184 x 121 x 143 cm. It is designed to work the upper part of the body. The base is equipped with 4 non-slip tips for optimal stability.

The bearings used are SKF 6205 2Z stainless steel. They are mounted in a closed anti-backlash sleeve, ensuring a constant direction of movement.

The machine's adjustment levers are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, specially designed to resist corrosion in marine environments. They are adjustable to 8 laser-engraved positions. The adjustment system is done using a single technopolymer bolt, with a breaking strength of 750 kg.

The handles are anodized aluminum, with a knurled texture for better grip.

The machine axes are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, a class of austenitic steel more resistant to corrosion than class A2 thanks to the presence of molybdenum. They can be used in aggressive environments such as boiling sulfuric acid or environments containing chlorides up to certain levels. They are widely used in the cellulose, food and marine industries. Their backing is made of 10mm thick laser cut plates, with another 10mm thick plate to reinforce and ensure smooth movement without play or twisting from continuous use or loading.

The load capacity of the machine is 4 discs of 5 or 10 kg on each arm (discs not included).
