The Vinyl Dumbbell Rack - Bodytone is a storage rack for vinyl dumbbells, ideal for organizing your training room. Its 8 channels allow you to store the dumbbells in a practical way, with easy access. Its load capacity is 300 kg and it is also equipped with wheels at the bottom to easily and comfortably move it around the room.
This support comes from Bodytone's professional range, designed specifically for strength training. It is part of the PRO FUNCTIONAL line and is ideal for functional training. Its structure is made of steel tube measuring 100 x 50 mm and 1.5 mm thick, welded by a robotic process and without projections. The 6mm structural union beams guarantee a rigid union. The materials and finishes are high quality, with a 3.5mm thermoplastic ABS finish. Its black color gives it an elegant appearance.
This rack has 8 channels specially designed for stacking vinyl dumbbells. Each channel is 700mm high, providing plenty of space to store your dumbbells. The stand is designed for indoor use and has a dimension of 54 x 102 x 97.5 cm when assembled.
The painting process of the Vinyl Dumbbell Rack - Bodytone includes 3 coats of paint. The steel parts are immersed in different degreasing solutions to guarantee perfect cleaning of the base material. An antioxidant print ensures adequate insulation against internal oxidation and good paint adhesion. Finally, 2 final coats of epoxy powder paint are applied and dried at 240°C.
