The support structure is made of 100×50 mm steel tube, 2.5 mm thick, welded by a projection-free robotic process. The structural junctions are reinforced with 6mm steel beams, providing an extremely rigid union. Materials and finishes are high quality, with a layer of 3.5mm ABS thermoplastic ensuring increased durability.
The stand is black in color, giving it an elegant and timeless aesthetic. It is suitable for indoor use, in your gym or personal training space. Its weight of 27 kg makes it an easy accessory to move and install.
The support painting process includes 3 coats of paint, with total immersion of the parts in different degreasing solutions to guarantee perfect cleaning of the base material. An antioxidant print ensures adequate insulation against internal oxidation and good paint adhesion. Finally, 2 final coats of epoxy powder paint are applied and dried at 240°C.
The design of the support was studied taking into account biomechanics and ergonomics, under the supervision of professionals and associated athletes. After a long design period, including sketches, engineering research, prototype production and testing by professional athletes, our products are released to the market.
