The structure of this device is robust and solid thanks to the use of high quality materials. The 110 x 52 mm steel tubes with a thickness of 3 mm are welded in accordance with UNE 10219, quality S-275-J0H. The cold bending process, carried out using a 4-roller system, avoids any deformation and preserves the physical characteristics of the device. Structural points and connection plates are closed perimeter welded to ensure optimal strength.
The paint on this unit is also high quality. It is covered with 5 layers of paint, with a thickness of 200 microns. Before applying the paint, the parts are stripped and stabilized by total immersion in degreasing solutions, thus guaranteeing perfect and complete cleaning of the base material. A zinc phosphate anti-rust primer is then applied to prevent internal oxidation and ensure good paint adhesion. Finally, three coats of epoxy polyester powder paint, specially designed for exterior use, are applied. A layer of protective polyester varnish is also added to the surface.
