The structure of this device is robust and solid, thanks to the use of high quality materials. The 110 x 52 mm steel tubes with a thickness of 3 mm are welded in accordance with UNE 10219, quality S-275-J0H. The folding process is enriched and optimized to maintain a constant section, thus avoiding sensitive areas and minimizing the breakage rate. In addition, the cold bending process, using a 4-roller system, avoids any deformation and preserves the physical characteristics of the device.
The paint on this bib is also high quality. It is composed of 5 layers of paint, with a thickness of 200 microns. The steel parts are pickled and stabilized by total immersion in different degreasing solutions, thus ensuring perfect and complete cleaning of the base material. A zinc phosphate rust inhibitor primer is applied to isolate internal oxidation and ensure good paint adhesion. The last 3 layers of paint are epoxy polyester powder, specially designed for outdoor use and dried at 240°C. A surface layer of protective polyester varnish is also applied.
The assembly of this bib is carried out with an 11 mm plate-to-plate system, thus avoiding gaps and twists in the maximum effort zones. An ergonomic and biomechanical study was carried out to optimize each exercise. The assembled dimensions are 148 x 160 x 193 cm, providing an ideal working area for the upper gear.
The non-slip tips on the four bases of the device guarantee optimal stability during use. SKF 6205 2Z stainless steel bearings ensure smooth, consistent movement.
