This removal machine has a structure of steel tubes of 110 x 52 mm and 3 mm of thickness, soldered with the regulation of UNE 10219 and of caliber S-275-J0H. The structure has been enriched and optimized to maintain a constant section in the curving process, avoiding sensitive areas and minimizing the amount of rotation. The cold curing process, carried out using a system of 4 rods, avoids any deformation and maintains the physical characteristics of all parts. In addition, there is a soldering perimeter at structural points and union plates.

The brackets of this remo machine include 20 mm thick rubber on disc supports and 50 mm thick rubber to support mobile parts. The paint consists of 3 caps, with stripped steel and stabilized by total immersion in different desiccant solutions to guarantee complete cleaning. Then add an antioxidant print to avoid internal oxidation and good paint adhesion, followed by 2 final coats of epoxy powder coated polyester paint, dried at 240°C.

The mounting process of this remo machine is carried out using a 10 mm board counter-board system, avoiding holes and twists in the maximum possible areas. In addition, the design takes into account ergonomics and biomechanics, optimizing every use.
