It is made of steel tubes measuring 110 x 52 mm with a thickness of 3 mm, welded according to the regulatory standards of UNE 10219, quality S-275-J0H. The structure is optimized to maintain a constant section during the curvature process, thus avoiding sensitive areas and minimizing the risk of breakage. The cold bending process, carried out using a 4-roller system, preserves the physical characteristics of the part.
Finishes include 20mm thick rubber coverings for the disc supports and 50mm thick for the moving parts. The machine is equipped with 4 non-slip feet for optimal stability during use.
The painting of the machine is composed of 3 layers, including total immersion of the parts in degreasing solutions to ensure perfect cleanliness of the base material. A coat of antioxidant primer ensures adequate insulation against internal corrosion and good paint adhesion. Two final coats of epoxy powder paint are applied and dried at 240°C.
The machine is assembled using a 12 mm plate-to-plate system to avoid play and twisting in areas of high stress. An ergonomic and biomechanical study was carried out to optimize each exercise.
The dimensions of the assembled machine are 148 x 160 x 193 cm, making it compact and suitable for indoor use.
