Bending is carried out cold, using a 4-roller system, which avoids any deformation and preserves the physical characteristics of the part. The finishes of this machine are also of high quality. The disc mounts feature 20mm thick rubber coatings, while the moving parts benefit from 50mm thick rubber coatings for added strength. The machine is painted with three coats of paint, including a coat of antioxidant primer to provide corrosion protection and good paint adhesion. The final two coats of polyester epoxy paint are dried at 240°C for optimal durability.
