This bar is an essential piece of kit for strongman/strength training at any level. Great, versatile bar which is perfect for grip training, and also just adding in a bit of variety to your training.
Knurled at either side of the shaft + centre knurling. Sleeves do not revolve. This bar is one solid piece with sleeve plates to stop plates sliding up the bar.
