Le bike erg par XEBEX est un vélo d'intérieur mobile avec une résistance à air. Cette machine permet de travailler le cardio mais également les membres supérieur et inférieur. Utilisable du débutant au professionnel.
La régulation du flux d’air du volant (sur 10 niveaux de résistance) vous permet de garder le contrôle de la résistance au vélo. L’athlète peut utiliser l’amortisseur pour réguler le flux d’air et augmenter/diminuer l’intensité de l’entraînement.
